The total bill for the function is payable two weeks prior to the function date. 10 days prior to the date of the function the number of guests must be confirmed. Hereafter you will be invoiced accordingly. To confirm the booking of your function, a R2 500 deposit of the total function fee is payable. Should the function be cancelled less than 30 days before the function date, this amount is non-refundable. This amount will be subtracted from your final quotation. Prices quoted are subject to availability and Cream The Venue reserve the right to change prices according to our suppliers.  |
